When I went to see this home on 1301 Glendale, the owner was driving and as we pulled up in front of the home, I was really caught off guard. The front yard is big and beautiful. With the home sitting on a little rise, it looks magnificent from the street.
We went in, and I was pleased with what nice furnishings and beautiful decoration the home has. Everything has been very tastefully done, down to the last detail. The owners have a business doing decoration for events like weddings, anniversaries and other big parties. They obviously have great skills staging homes.
The living room has 2 large skylights that face to the south side of the home. They will let in lots of winter sun, but the winter sun won’t come in directly. This is the perfect setup. With easy access to the kitchen and dining areas, this forms a very nice center of the home. The ceramic floors in the kitchen and dining area, are well done and make for a very easy care surface. The light appliance color contrasts very well with the dark countertops to give you a great work space where you are not far from the action in the living room.
All of the four bedrooms are well sized. I even thought that if you had company stay for a few days, you could put some folks on one side of the home, while you stayed on the other.
The backyard has a nice layout for entertaining. With a privacy fence, and lots of space, your cats or dogs will have plenty of space to stretch and play.
